Exceptionally clean, with modern amenities and a comfortable room layout. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the main station and close to various metro stops. Daily coffee and tea refills added a nice touch, but beware of the key card charge if you lose it. Perfect for exploring the city without feeling cramped.

great space but missing some details
The large rooms offered a surprising amount of space for a Tokyo hotel, which enhanced our stay. The staff were welcoming and efficient, even using a translator when necessary. I also enjoyed the ramen next door, which became a favorite dining spot during our trip.
The walk from the train station was longer than expected, especially with luggage.

Perfect for families looking for comfort
Had a fantastic stay for 3 nights with my family! The staff was really helpful. They arranged our luggage without a hitch before we even arrived. And that breakfast options were great, like Japanese and Western food every morning. It was super convenient having a local store nearby for snacks and drinks too!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but well worth it for the comfort.

Staff was outstanding and immensely helpful. The room was comfy, though a bit small for three people. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Tokyo Station. However, the walk can be tedious, especially with luggage. Great traditional breakfast, but varying the menu would be nice.
